1. Responsible for developing product structure, fatigue, vibration, fluid and thermal simulation analysis according to the design model in the early stage of R&D;

2. Feed the simulation data back to the R&D engineer as the basis for design optimization to shorten the R&D cycle;

3. Compare simulation results with real experimental data to optimize the model to improve the accuracy of analysis;

4. Other temporary tasks assigned by superior leaders.

2. More than 3 years of electronic process improvement, at least one 6sigma improvement project experience, with specific improvement cases and projects;

3. Familiar with SMT, DIP, wave soldering and other processes; Practice minitab and CAD software.

5. Responsible for the corresponding experimental analysis, verification and improvement according to the analysis progress of defective products;

6. Conducted various DOE experiments to verify and provide solutions and 16949/VDA production line audit.
