According to JT / T 1242-2019 , the maximum detection distance of the target vehicle should not be less than 150m; the maximum detection distance of pedestrians should not be less than 60m. At present, due to the limitations of its own design, a single sensor cannot meet the precise detection and tracking of dynamic obstacles in a complex environment.  Fusion solution  can complement the advantages and disadvantages of the accuracy of the camera's close-range inspection target information and the long radar detection distance. The data of various sensors are integrated to extract more accurate information such as obstacle position, speed, size category, etc., and provide more ideal data for decision-making algorithms.
