  • Recently, representatives from the Shenzhen Sensor and Intelligent Instrument Industry Association paid a visit to KUS for exchanges and held an official awarding ceremony, conferring the title of Vice‑Chairman Member upon KUS.

This honor recognises KUS’s growing industry standing within the sensor sector and will further accelerate the company’s development in sensing‑related businesses.

About the Association: A 5A‑Level Social Organization in Shenzhen

Founded in 1989, the Shenzhen Sensor and Intelligent Instrument Industry Association is a 5A‑grade social organization in Shenzhen. It serves as the supporting institution for two industrial clusters under Shenzhen’s "20+8" industrial plan: intelligent sensors and precision instruments and equipment.

The association brings together industrial enterprises, universities and research institutes. It commits itself to technological upgrades, standard formulation, market expansion and industry‑university‑research integration. By delivering diversified services including project undertaking, exhibition co‑organization, technical forums and achievement commercialization, it builds an efficient platform for resource‑sharing and industry‑wide cooperation.

During the forum, both sides had in‑depth discussions on industry trends, resource sharing, cooperation frameworks and industrial‑chain coordination. Both parties agreed that they would take this partnership as a new starting‑point. They will pool high‑quality resources, connect upstream‑downstream supply chains, jointly explore markets, drive high‑quality industrial development and achieve mutual benefits.

As a global automotive component supplier, KUS ranks among industry leaders in niche markets such as urea quality sensors. The company has built a comprehensive portfolio of sensors and assemblies, covering urea quality‑level sensors, fuel sensors and urea tank assemblies. Its product lineup also includes temperature, pressure, rotational‑speed, water‑level switches, air‑quality, refrigerant‑leakage and carbon‑dioxide sensors alongside matching components, forming a vertically integrated product ecosystem.

Apart from outstanding performance in sensor segments, KUS has built solid expertise in thermal management. It has rolled out new‑energy thermal‑management components and system solutions such as PTC heaters, cooling plates, water‑cooling units, pipelines, multi‑way valves, thermal‑management controllers and radiators.

Its products are widely deployed in on‑highway vehicles, off‑highway machinery, ships, new‑energy facilities, energy‑storage systems, AI data centers and motorcycles, empowering downstream industries with energy‑saving, emission‑reduction and intelligent upgrading.

For years, KUS has devoted itself to automotive electronics and core components. Centered on independent innovation, it has established a full‑value‑chain system covering R&D design, smart manufacturing and end‑to‑end quality control.

With the Vice‑Chairman‑Member status and support from the association, KUS will keep expanding its product portfolio, consolidate core strengths and achieve sustainable growth.

Partner with the Association for Common Progress

The global sensor industry is undergoing profound transformation. Development priorities have shifted from conventional hardware improvement to deep integration of material innovation, technical breakthroughs, AI application and system integration, with integrated and intelligent sensing systems emerging as the mainstream trend.

Against this backdrop, KUS will leverage its long‑standing advantages in sensors and ramp‑up R&D investment focusing on cutting‑edge sensor and thermal‑management technologies. It will unlock technical potential and tap into emerging markets. Moving forward, KUS will cooperate with the association and its member enterprises to develop new‑generation technologies and products, collectively promoting technical advancement and industrial upgrading across the sector.
