  • The 6th China (Foshan) International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology and Products Exhibition (CHFE2022) was held in Nanhai Qiao Shan Cultural Center, Foshan, Guangdong Province from 15th to 17th, 11th. Activities including hydrogen listening theater, technology forum and theme forum were held simultaneously, presenting a wonderful annual feast for hydrogen energy industry!

KUS is scheduled to launch CHFE2022, showcasing a series of hydrogen energy application products, including PTC water heaters, vehicle controllers, expansion tanks, water level switches, temperature sensors, level sensors, automotive pipelines, etc., to meet the diversified needs of customers. KUS shared the fuel cell system technology and the application of its achievements with industry leaders, and conducted in-depth discussions on hot topics such as hydrogen energy market demand and industry development trend, which brought new thoughts for the company's research and development direction and technology upgrade.

01 Thermal management system product explosion site

The thermal management system is composed of PTC water heater, water tank assembly, sensor, coolant pipeline and other components. It is an important part of new energy vehicles, and also a subdivision field that KUS has been deeply engaged in for many years, and continues to develop related products. Among them, PTC water heater is a major product launched by KUS in the field of thermal management system, which is well received by the market and has attracted many visitors at home and abroad to the exhibition hall to stop and negotiate, and customers have shown a strong intention of cooperation.

PTC water heater is mainly used in pure electric, hybrid and hydrogen energy and other new energy vehicles, to achieve new energy vehicle air conditioning heating, battery heating, hydrogen fuel cell cold start heating, heating efficiency is high. KUS has successfully developed a variety of voltage platform heaters, including 80V, 350V, 600V and 800V, to meet different application scenarios. The 800V high pressure water heater can be directly applied to the 800V super fast charging, which can meet the high power demand of the heater for the vehicle fast charging.

02 Hydrogen fuel system products have attracted much attention

KUS hydrogen fuel system products also drew attention at the show. The developed fuel cell controller (FCCU) is the assembly controller of the fuel cell engine system, which coordinates the parameters of the system to maintain in the appropriate range to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the system. In terms of sensors required for hydrogen fuel system, KUS continues to develop new products and technologies based on the accumulation of tamped sensing technology, and increases investment and enhances product line richness according to development planning and market demand.

At the appearance of CHFE2022, KUS, with its excellent technical strength and excellent product performance, shone in the exhibition and won wide recognition in the industry, which also highlighted the company's strong research and development ability and comprehensive strength, and laid a solid foundation for continuous work in the field of hydrogen energy and fuel cells.

The hydrogen "wind" hit, just in time to sail. With the development of technology innovation and the improvement of the ecology of new energy vehicle industry, the development conditions of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in China are becoming more mature, and it is expected to take the lead in commercialization in the field of transportation. In the future, KUS will continue to adapt to the changes of The Times, deepen its efforts in the field of hydrogen energy and fuel cells, provide customized integrated solutions, continue to create maximum value for customers, and help the automotive industry transition to a green and sustainable development direction.
