Refrigerant leakage sensor
In response to the pain points of high PTC heating energy consumption and severe reduction of driving range in new energy winter vehicles, heat pump air conditioners have become the mainstream solution due to their higher energy efficiency. However, the commonly used refrigerant R290 (propane) has safety risks such as flammability, narrow explosion limit, and suffocation or even death at high concentrations. Therefore, it is necessary to be equipped with highly reliable leakage detection. This automotive-grade C-H gas sensor has been certified by AEC-Q102. It adopts a metal gas chamber and diffusion gas supply, as well as the NDIR principle. It features an ultra-wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 85°C), long service life (≥15 years), fast response (T60≤20s), high precision (±2.5%LFL), and built-in temperature and pressure compensation. Ensure long-term stable operation in harsh environments such as condensation and wide air pressure.
